1. Order Information

Can I make changes to my order once submitted?

Reviewing your order in the Shopping Bag carefully prior to checkout is highly recommended. If the address on your order is incorrect, or if you’d like to make changes to your customization request, or for any other changes related to an order that has already been submitted, please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I make changes to my order once dispatched?

If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

My order says it was delivered, but I can't find it.

Most missing packages will usually show up within our standard delivery time frame (5 business days for US orders), even if tracking says it was delivered. If you have not received your order for any reason, our policy is to wait at least 3 more business days before taking further steps for assistance. If it does not arrive after that time has elapsed, please contact us via email, or chat within 60 days of placing your order to submit a request.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of your order being delivered. We will either ship you a replacement for the exact same item, or offer you a refund.

How will I know that my order has shipped, and how can I track it?

Once your order ships, you will be provided with tracking information at the email address you provided during checkout. You should receive this email 4-5 business days after you place your order. Can I check my order status using my Sweet Clementines Co account online?

Which states are currently charged taxes by Sweet Clementines Co?

Sweet Clementines Co currently collects state and local sales tax where required by state legislature and is subject to change as taxation laws are updated. 

The actual taxes charged are calculated based on the order’s shipping address, and is applied to the subtotal and shipping charges (if applicable).

Our processing time is 4-5 business days or less. If you need your order sooner, please message us first.

You can view the estimated shipping cost by adding the items to cart, click on 'Checkout' and insert your delivery address. Once you have provided your delivery address, you can view the estimated shipping cost.

Do I pay the shipping fee multiple times if I order more items?

No, you will not pay the shipping fee multiple times, there is only one shipping fee. The actual shipping cost is calculated based on the order’s total weight and shipping address.

When will my order arrive?

  • USPS First Class: 3-5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
  • USPS Priority Express: 1-2 business days
Shipping estimates do not include Sunday, or holiday shipping or delivery.

Can I specify where to leave my package or provide delivery instructions?

Delivery locations are selected at the sole discretion of the driver, and are outside of the control of Sweet Clementines Co.

Once your order ships, you can try reaching out to the carrier with special instructions for delivery if needed.

3. Returns Policy

What is your return policy?

We accept returns, no questions asked, if you contact us within 30 days from delivery date. No returns are accepted after 30 days from delivery date, so please make sure to contact us and submit a return request in a timely manner.

You must submit a request for authorization to return.

Please do not attempt to return any item to Sweet Clementines Co without a return authorization. Unauthorized returns are not guaranteed to be processed.
